Project: To compose a flyer to promote water safety.

Challenge: I saw a flyer promoting life jackets while visiting a public area near the Columbia River. When I looked at the flyer and read the words, I felt it did not convey a sense of urgency to wear a life jacket.

Solution: Life jackets are an important life-saving accessory. This flyer conveys a concise, serious reminder to wear life jackets anytime a person is near or on the water.
